RichV OP top fuel R Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 1,692 Seattle WA	I have heard that the new hemi hydraulic roller lifters go to higher RPMs than the LA magnum style. What would it take to use these lifters in a LA magnum block? Can you just bush the lifter bores and feed them oil through the rockers? Do you need full time oil feed to the rockers? Can you get more lift out of them than the LA magnums which uncover their oil band at a moderate amount of lift?

Most engines are he other way around. I'm sure it could be done....but there are prob. easier/cheaper ways to get what your after. LA360 master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 6,145 Melbourne , Australia	Gen III Hemi oils through the push rods, yes, but from the lifters up I believe. You would have to completely reconfigure the oiling system on a LA engine to do this I believe Alan Jones
