If it's Challenger you just need to ask.
The 2998542 has two 5/16 holes for the license plate bracket and 6 small holes to attach the valence opening trim.
The 3573598 has six 7/16 holes for the gray insert trim. One small hole and two extra flanges near the opening (see pic 2)
