The Mopar Performance 4120756 kit consists of: 4140063 5-blade 18" dia. fan 4095704 thermal fan clutch the 4095704 fan clutch is 3-3/16" tall VS. 3462112 ('71 version of the "070") fan clutch is 3" tall the 4140063 5-blade 18" dia. fan VS. 2863216 7-blade 18-1/2" dia. fan The '70 b-body is tight in front of the water pump, I'm not sure if that 3/16" will hit the radiator?

That's the correct number fan, but a 2-1/4" spacer would put it thru the radiator. 
The 2-1/4" reference in GG's "white book" is for PITCH, basically the twist or depth of the fan blades.
