Bill will defintely tell him. Cant wait to see it in the sun, I have only seen it at night

Sure hope we have it together and ready by then. Lots of stuff going on around here between now and then.

Would love to find some better trim pieces for it as the grilles and headlight buckets are pretty rough as well as the taillights and rear trim. Oh well just going to have beat up parts on new shiney paint. As long as it runs well

I would like to see some pics of the car outside in the sunlight if you have moved it out of the paint booth.

Me too! We finished up at midnight Sunday and it went in the trailer. Been there ever since. I have not seen it in the sun myself. We hope to cut and buff it this weekend so tomorrow it will get a couple of days in the sun. Will post the final results, or at least the next step soon .

Still need better trim, wheels, tailights, blah blah blah...

Gary do tell..I dont see anything listed there except the grille centers. Probably the only part of mine worth saving. Guess I could rob them off the other car as all it's trim is near perfect, but I dont want to take stuff off that car yet. I have seen some of the chinese stuff being pedaled at SEMA.

I hawked e-bag and other sites for months on the head light bezels and grill surrounds...Ended up buying both sides so they would match!!

Part #'S for BE&A stuff...You may or may not need(except grills)

Tail light bezel..#308-68b
Tail light lense..#308-t

Rear side marker assemblies..#163-sr
Front side marker assemblies.#163-df

Front signal light bezel..#308-68
Front signal light lense..#308-68l

These are some of the things that makes your stuff/car pop!!!

Gary thanks for the info. The tailight bezels and lenses are pretty available, Chinese repops I assume since you can get them fom a number of sources. I actually have a little catalog from a chinese manufacturer with a ton of this stuff. I only assume that is where everyone is getting it from. Have good side marker and signal stuff. My issue is the grille shells. Mine are beat to heck. Need to find someone who can do a better job a restoring them than me or a nice pair that are less beat up than mine.

FWIW the other car has all that stuff you mentioned from a source in the NW. All was chinese stuff but nice quality and fit. It's grille is an NOS piece, just cant believe what those go for now. Must be the SS/Ah guys buygin them up:)
