NOPE, we use mostly Wix and Donaldson. i don't care for the bling and have little faith in most of their products to begin with, so no reason for me to change from what alreay works very well.

Billet Aluminum Oil Filter - ReUsable Our new billet aluminum reusable oil filter will last a lifetime. Never buy another oil filter again. The two piece housing unscrews to reveal a washable filter element of finely woven stainless steel mesh. These fiter all particles down to 45 microns, and should be washed every 3000 miles. I like the system one oil filter. Around here if you want a good oil filter you have to order it. There are several that make Hi Quality oil filters and for most the time thats what you get when you buy them. But we know there is always room for error,mistakes are made from time-time.So every time you replace one of those throw away oil filters with another,you have to hope you are not getting a defected filter that slipped past Quality Control.

1970 Plymouth 'Cuda #'s 440-6(Stock drivetrain in storage)currently 493" 6 pack, Shaker, 5 speed Passon, 4.10's & EFI. 1968 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible Paxton Boosted 408 Magnum EFI with 4 speed automatic overdrive, 3800 stall lock-up converter and 3.91's (closest thing to an automatic 5 speed going)

That is a Tru-Filter, looks exactly like the one that I have used in the past( I think it is in the top of the garage now), I only used it to check for debris after firing up a new motor, after that I went to the wix filter that is badged as Car Quest Racing, when I do another motor I will get it back out for the first few changes, saves wasting a perfectly good expensive filter. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbs.gif)
