What are you using to restore the Radio and Heater bezels with the correct texture. I thought it was the valve cover wrinkle paint but that says to only use on metal.I have a few ideas but could use some comments. Thanks Bob

Guess I'm the oddball. I used Duplicolor spray on truck bed coating. It comes out of the can hard and fast, but a few swift coats and it turned out really good. Nice uniform texture. I never could get the wrinkle finish type paints to come out quite right.
I used the same (Duplicolor)on the plastics... On the letters I used a new pencil eraser as a rubber stamp (nice and easy, takes a few coats) with Testors white paint.
I got these tips from posts on Moparts
