On the old C-BODY wagon, she is a dragging her ash a little too much for my liking ..

I have not dealt with "stock" mopar suspension in a long time

Will a set of some kind of overload shocks hold its tail up ?

I just bought a set of those helper springs from JC Whitney for my 69 Coronet. They worked great. It has 3 settings you can choose from and I picked the middle setting. Raised the rear about 1 1/2 inches. Mine looked like yours, with the wheel well over the tires. Now you can actually see some space between the top of the tire and the wheel well.

There are 3 different "capacities" to choose. I bought the 1500 lbs. I don't plan on hauling anything so I wanted them more for looks than to increase my load-strength.

Sounds like stiffer shocks would just be a crutch if the rear leafs are tired.

yeah, I think the springs are pretty tired, maybe it would be best to re-arch them ?

I have never had a set re-arched so I don't know how long it holds up or if it's cost effective compared to buying a new set.

We have a local shop that builds leaf springs from scratch. You tell them what you want it to sit like and how you plan on using the car and they build what you need. See if you don't have something similiar in your area. They can probably re-arch your current springs too.

Champion springs in Forth Worth will rearch and add an extra leaf,if you need it, for somewhere close to $200 and do it in one day if you get them there in the morning. Or reach around behind you with both hands...LOL

I ordered new springs from ESPO, and they fit great~! Was a little over $200.00 delivered to my house! In my opinion, new springs are the way to go.!

Bring it to a spring shop and get them to deal with it. They can fix what you already have or get new ones for you.

Espos are a pretty good product. Once you get the springs under that car, put some serious wheels/rubber back there big dad. Looks like she's rollin' on dimes Nice car by the way.

235 60's on back and they look tiny, I know ..
but, I did not want to buy anything TOO big and then not fit either, the biggest problem comes in at trying to get them past the brake drum once on they clear fine

I have stated several times, new wheels and tires are coming if I DON't sell the old girl first
