Anyone have a drawing with height dimensions to check the windshield frame, it appears to be low on
the drvers side or to high on pass. side. Thanks!!!

there probably will not be any specs for that dimension. i have never seen any myself.
look at how the windshield, door glass, and how the top fits to the header to determine height. with those parts installed it should be easy to figure it out.

are you sure it's not an illusion ? mine appeared high on the driver side when working on it. I believe my deminsion from the rocker to the top corner pinch weld on the bottom of the frame was 53 1/2 I'll try to remember to go back in some e-mails and see if I can find out where I put that measurement. Several people on this board possibly have converts striped out and can measure
that demension if they take the time to do it.

Thanks Logan,

I failed to mention that the windsheild frame was cut from old fire wall (was in very poor shape),
and attached to a more solid firewall.

I could tell from your post you had replaced the frame. Still looking for my notes.

Is convertible windshield the same as hardtop? If so, shouldn't the measurements be the same? If yes to both, I could grab some measurements off a project I am working on. Its a hardtop, well, sort of, until I get the roof skin back on.

Problem is measuring from the same frame reference point at the frame corner pinch weld to the top of the rockers. Convert would be best. May try from the center of the front floor pan foot well to to the windshield pinch weld to get another measurement point.
