I have used 70% Isoprophyl Alcohol to remove many stains, but I don't know about ink. I have also had alot of success with Hydrogen Peroxide.
Facts are stubborn things.

hair spray has always worked for me. Even takes out Sharpie marker (I have kids, so I know).
