What ever chemical you use, test it first in a spot not normally seen. Some chemicals will fade the color. Try to suck up the stain and not push it in any farther,a vacuum cleaner works great.

I have used 70% Isoprophyl Alcohol to remove many stains, but I don't know about ink. I have also had alot of success with Hydrogen Peroxide.

A detail shop should be able to get it out if you can't do it yourself.
Years ago we had a product called Mark V Quicksolve that was good for that sort of thing. A detail shop will also have an extractor machine that can vacume up all the ink so you don't end up with any leftover color in that spot.

Following up, I found the cure, it is Coleman Stove Fuel. It works like a charm, no ink left on the seat, and the smell went away after 24 hours. I was amazed that it worked, a local upholstery shop said to use it.

Yeah, coleman fuel is similar to the petroleum hydrocarbon dry cleaners use to clean clothes.
