I've ran 4 different carburetors on the Edelbrock Performer RPM with the XE262H cam, headers, 2500 stall converter and 3.73 rear grears. The Eddy 750, Eddy 650, Holley 670 and the best one, the 3310 Holley 750. I never could get the Eddy 750 tuned the way it should have performed. To me the 650 and the 670 were too small, not enough punch off the line and not enough top end. The 3310 Holley 750 was and is perfect.

Sounds good, my choice is getting easier, thanks for taking the time to answer my Dumb ar$e questions.

Keep in mind that with that little XE262H cam the Holley 750 worked so will for me was because of the headers, 2500 converter stall and the 3.73 gears. If you're gonna run stock manifolds, converter and 3.23 gears, the 3310 Holley 750 may not work as well as the 650 or 670 carbs. But, the 750 Holley is forgiving and can be tuned for so many different engine combos!

I didn't care and still don't care about gas mileage, only performance. Just saying.

Your questions are not dumb. EVERY ONE has to learn.
