There is a part number that I have yet to receive that was issued for the stamped fenders.(still trying to get it)

Here is the E body Fender section out of the 70-71 Parts Manual. This page is dated January 1972. 7 digit Part #'s for each fender are listed at the right. Even #'s are the passenger side, replacing the last digit with the odd # after the hyphen will give you the drivers side part #.
Example: 1970 or 1971 Challenger with F60x15 tire 3579 380 passenger side & 3579 381 driver side.
1970 'Cuda with F60x15 tire 3579 378 passenger side & 3579 379 driver side.
1971 'Cuda with F60x15 tire 3579 664 passenger side & 3579 665 driver side.

Lots of Barracuda/'Cuda fenders are listed because 71 had two headlights per side and 70 only had one, and also because in 71 the BS ('Cuda) models had fender gills, each variation requiring a different part #.

You'll notice that there is a listing for a special trans am challenger fender for use with F60x14 tires. It seems this fender was never made. The trans am cars came with E60 front tires.

Another thing that I find curious about this list is that there's a listing for a 1971 Barracuda/Gran Coupe non gilled fender for use with F60x15 hemi tires. Surely this must be another mistake. I've checked the tire application for 1971, and it lists F60x15 standard with Hemi, not optional on anything else, same as 1970. Since you couldn't get a hemi in a Barracuda/Gran Coupe, there would be no need for hemi fenders for those cars.

The parts book does contain errors.
