Finally got my Lifters, mocked up looks like I need a 6.55" 3/8 X .093 effective length with 5/16 ball/cup, When I spun it over to check my P/V (got a mile for .585 Lift 266 @ .050 duration roller (for you 408-416 guys contemplating Mahle Pistons) I used a 5/16 x .123 wall that is about 3/8" short (barely had enough take up on the rocker) but it looks like the 7/16 ream work I did on the E heads will do the trick for a 3/8".
