if you're getting a lot of movement, how are your motor mounts/Trans mount? are they letting your engine move around to much when you put load on it from driving?
You know i found i have to have the main fan pully shimmed out about 3/8" to make the other pullys line up and that's exactly how much the fan is hitting the radiator of course. The flex fan i was using did not have that problem though so i never got into why it all is like this?
