I have a setup thats a bit different than most. I have the heat exchanger style cooler that uses the cooling system to stabilize oil temps. These are a bit expensive new, but can be found on ebay at a good price. If you run a cement filled block these are good for getting the oil up to temperature and holding it steady. It can be seen here on the upper radiator hose.

If your interested (PM me)I have a sandwich style oil cooler adapter I'd let go for cheap. It has 10 An fittings with it. I ended up going with an remote filter, so this ended up on the shelf. -Tom.
