ok, well I pulled the block out of the box, new world block, and put it up on the stand. Found lots of casting flash in the upper water pump holes and one of the coolant passages at the rear of the block. I am expecting some but the passenger side water pump hole was amost closed off. Piston with no rings, rod or crank should fall, you need to get some professional help me thinks .
