Having been the route with many set ups - I would recommend for your application to go with the 3.55's. Being you will be mostly cruising, I also recommend a vac secondary carb like the 750 Holley vac. They will give the secondary usage when you need it most and not before,

4.10's are a blast around town, but if you plan to spend time on the highway you may find that you do not like them. Speaking from experience, my wife's '70 Barracuda is running 4.10's with a 295/65/15 tire...it's definitely not for a long highway drive. As an example, I would not hop in it and drive 7 hours to Columbus for the Nats. We do drive it the 25-30 miles to the track without issue. 3000rpm is 60-65 mph.

Given your relatively mild combo, I'd personally go with 3.55's and a 3310 Holley as mentioned above.

If you decide on a more aggressive cam and have a loose coverter or 4spd, run the 4.10's for loads of fun.
