Tex I saw you are running the hooker comps with the 1 7/8 pri which is decent but they have the 3" collector which is barely big enough for a decent 350. With that size a cam you probably would drop .15-.20 by cutting off the 3" behind the cloverleaf and welding on a 3 1/2" collector. It's a cheap (maybe 125 vs 400-up for a decent set of 2" pri's)and easy upgrade with a bandsaw and any sort of decent welding skills. What you got is obviously working well, I just think from my experience you're likely leaving at least an extra 30+ lb/ft available up to 500rpm higher on the table and maybe 25-30 hp up top all else being equal.

The collector is limiting the peak torque RPM which in turn lowers your HP trajectory from that RPM up. I like the comps just not the collector.

that and the new cam you might have a legit 10 second flat tap juicer!!

What lobe spread and ICL did bullet recommend?

with the corked exhaust wider is generally better along with not a lot more exhaust duration (extra duration with a smallish exhaust port works best when it's got some place unrestricted to go or it'll be rpm limited)...I think he might be thinking you had a 3 1/2 collector?
