a lot of the buick guys use them in place of the QJ for more flow on the 455
Well, I CAN say firsthand that they DO WORK on Buick engines. Had a 70' 225 (I appologize members)with a 455 that I converted to GS specs, put a 850? TQ (rejetted 440 version) on it and it RAN HARD. Couldn't keep my right foot out of the tank!! Pretty good carb, but I still like my multiple carbs. No offense!!
