depends on a lot of things. Is the carb tuned well? Have you drag raced before? slicks? Take a box full of jets and your timing light to the track. I suggest starting with 78-84 w/ 31 squirters and a 6.5 PV. Set for best vacuum. Start your timing at 38* (no vacuum advance) @ 2400rpm. Bring the car up on the converter slighty then waffle it when the last yellow lights. Shift around 5400. If you have headers try 5600. Good luck and have fun. I ran 12.90's w/ less cam but a little more gear (3.91) and a little more stall (2600) and slicks. I'd think you should see mid 13's once you get it all sorted out. Don't get upset if you pull a high 14 out 1st few runs. Have fun.
