Yes,

First I steam pressure washed the whole car, got all the under coating and grease off.

Then blasted the bottem and insides with coal slage. Took about 2 hours of actual blasting to do that. That night I welded in the torque boxes and frame connectors.

Sun I did the outside body panels with plastic media. It took about 200# of media and about 2 more hours of blasting. It doesn't take near as much media and alot less mess when your not blasting grease and under coating, which sure as heck won't help paint adhesion. Ready for some pictures??



Here's another car I did with the pressure washer before any blasting takes place.


It don't take much blasting when there this clean which stresses the metal much less.





This is the compressor I use, No shop compressor will do it.
