I also kinda prefer a hardtop (hard to beat with all the windows rolled down) but the post does have strength, weight and rarity going for it. I certainly wouldn't change it because a) it would be a royal pain in the azz and b) the car would no longer match the VIN making for some ..there has to be some good original post 1/4 glass out there somewhere. If I had some I'd send 'em to ya! after screwing around with my window regulators, I was starting to wish mine was a post car! Dave Guess I'll just have to settle for the new wavy glass that's available. Bummer. There really is a big difference between the manufacturers of new glass. How freakin' hard would it be to snag some perfect used post car glass...!
