My old Dragster had 35 spline Moser 8 3/4 stuff. It was pretty heavy for a dragster, and wasn't the slowest car at the track either...Typical 1.06-1.07 60ft at 2000+ lbs with driver. So they can take a pretty hard launch....just plan old 1/2 studs too. All the rear's I build get the Strange Pro Thru stuff cause its not much more than Moser, and supposedly a much better axle....who really knows?
