I guarantee you that 10.90 car, if you could transport it back in time, would NOT 60 ft. in 1.43 seconds given the tire technology of the day, lack of concrete starting line with loads of VHT (or similar traction compound) sprayed all over it as is standard practice today. No way. That 1.43 60 ft. time was damn good for its time.
