I was wondering, does anyone sell aluminum rings (rim shells?) and inner "plates" for weld your own rims. I think I saw OzHemi with something like that?

Just wondering because 17x9 w/ 0 offset is not too common and generally expensive (except for the steel cragar versions) and I'm thinking 10" wide for the rear, too...
