The original Pro Touring Mopar?

Not hardly. There have been folks that have been into Mopar street handling since they were new. Not trying to take away anything away E-berg who has made great contribution to the awareness, inspiration, and technical support for Mopars that handle.

John Sandburg and Mitch Lelito have been running car in SCCA Solo II autocross in classed competition for a long time.

I think John started with his 67 Barracuda since it was new. Then built a more serious autocross AAR Cuda in the early 70's (real AAR btw). That car is a SCCA Solo II Champion (driven by his daugher in law!) And that car BEAT all the cars in the Good Guys autocross event in Illinois last year. Including the DSE Camaro by Steilow.

Now these guys are into racing their Mopars and getting them on the track. Not how pretty the rims or paint look. It's ALL about FUNCTION.

Mitch Challenger has been running since the mid 70's.
