probably because the green bearings are solid and don't need adjustment, the stock type have movement and could cause the rotor to hit the caliper. green bearings don't like to do a lot of turning though some have used them on the street for a while.




sorry I disagree ford has been using the same style bearing in there rears for 30+ years with no problem so has olds in the past




OK why do they tell you to use green bearings? I was just guessing. thats the only reason I could think of
