Well based on thier claim, yes I am right. But who cares anyway, acid/base, whatever. Right, Wrong, etc. What matters is that it works and doesn't harm delicate surfaces or finishes like the vinigar/citrus/salt blend can. I've tried Evap-O-Rust on a TON of small delicate items, I have never had an issue on any of them, not something I can say about the V/C/S mix, it's FAR more aggressive.
