I'd say they are right up there with them, and I KNOW you absolutely KILL the 94-98 era 2500 series Dodge trucks.

I would be shopping for some "E" tires though. I ran those on my 95 and it felt like I threw an anchor out. Took a little more "oomph" to get them suckers rolling.

I did finally aquire an 01 2500 CTD for pulling duties back around 03. It was a huge improvement, especially after moving to the desert SW where long steep grades are in abundance.
