It would have been the 60,045 VIN assigned in that plant, that model year.
The cars were not built one right after the other based on VIN sequence.

IIRC, typically the first 100 cars or so were so called "Pilot" cars, used to set up the assembly line for the model year. If this is the case, VIN's 100001 - 100101 would be Pilot cars. Were these cars finished and sold or am I confuzzed?
