Follow the 273 or T/A valve adjustment instructions on the sticker, ie TDC then adjust intake on valves X and y, exhaust on valves y and z. Rotate crank 90 and then do these other valves, etc. Basically, you are adjusting the valves on the base circle of the cam lobe and the crank position helps. If you cant find the instructions, you are safe adjusting the valve in the cylinder when the other valve just starts lifting.
