don't get me wrong it is one slick looking setup and i actually like the idea of driving it from the stock drive as it's one less thing taking up space on the front of the engine. i just wonder what kind of load it puts on the drive. i also like the idea that in some cases the dry sump setup may/will pull enough that a vacuum pump isn't necessary which with this setup would be even better yet. trying to get everything on the front of a dragster can be even worse than a door car. alternator, vacuum pump, belt drive distributor, crank trigger, dry sump, cooling system, belt drive fuel pump... it's a mess. if you could use this to do the oiling and vacuum it would certainly free up some precious space in front. that said then you need to find a place for the sump tank.
