I think that no matter how bad off it is, it will be restored. Lets say the car was even partially submerged the majority of the time-there probably wasnt enough air to complete the oxidation, and there certainly isnt any salt to expdedite the process. Moisture alone wont rust a car to oblivion. I think it will be covered in mud and covered in surface rust but the metal will mostly be there. The interior, electrical, and drivetrain will all be a different story though, but thats all repairable. Lets not rebody the thing just yet.
