I have a used one for a Barracuda/Dart, p/n/: V-5. You drill two holes in your rear bumper on the sides of the license plate area and two holes close together in the spare tire pan.

I also used this style hitch on A bodies. I had my dad's old one from a '71 Swinger. I was able to spread the uprights slightly (to accomodate a wider tag opening) and mounted the same hitch on a '71 Duster. I only used it for towing a 14' run-a-bout. I'd say it is a Class 1 or Class 2 hitch max, not suitable for pulling a heavy load.

But you should be able to rig a B body to safely tow a car (assuming you upgrade the brakes to more modern specs, dual master cylinder, front disc's).
