We were sitting around the other day talking about making a trailer for my senior dragster so I could go to local nostalgia races towing the vintagestyle dragster behind my 63 Max Wedge Dodge
The car had a hitch on it when I bought it but like an dingbat i scrapped it during the build. Does anyone know of a company who makes these hitches for vintage cars or sells NOS ones?
It would be the type one would use for a fishing boat trailer as weight total would be under #2000

Draw Tite made those back in the day. I have a used one for a Barracuda/Dart, p/n/: V-5. You drill two holes in your rear bumper on the sides of the license plate area and two holes close together in the spare tire pan. Never used it though.

Same basic setup on my parents 70 Old Vista Cruiser station wagon.

I think some of the part numbers may work for a lot of different applications. The model numbers are stamped on the tongue near the ball. Finding an old catalog would help you a bunch I think.
