the idea for the article was that when I was little I always read articles about engines, car construction etc. now all you read about is chrome and paint. I thought some cool pics of engines, and some text by the pics would give people an idea of what goes into an engine. That was john rains engine in that article. CW i could not agree more. One of the reasons i read Circle Track and Racing technology is not because i race in circles but there tech articles are great. I also read race car engineering, most contains to road racing or nascar big time, but just reading about what these teams and companies do to produce additional power and reliability is unreal. I rather read about that then see some show cars.
