i dont think you read that right,, and you omitted the first part..
Stock floor may be sectioned where rear framerails have been narrowed. Area between framerails must be stock floor, in original location. area between new rear frame rails(from four link crossmember rearward only) and body may be replaced with material equal to or heavier than original; must be in original location.
so the sheet metal between the two frame rails must be stock or its illegal,, you can put new stuff in from the frame rail to the body. it looks like to me that section between the rails isnt stock,, thats all im saying,,, is the rear tire well still in that car? it doesnt look like it,, though the picture ends right where the well would start though...
