My bellhousing runout numbers...what dowels do I need?

Well my last numbers were
12oclock - set at 0
9:00 - 11
6:00 - -1
3:00 - -9
Adding the 11 and 9 I get total runout of 20 with my runout then being .010 I will use a .007 dowel to move the bellhousing to the left or towards the 9:00 position in order to correct and call it done.
