Like any business, they have their ups and downs. It's easy to judge when you're not in their shoes, right? Done that before myself, but in my old age I have learned to forgive and forget. They've had their share of problems over the years but their products have always been very good. They've done 7-8 sets of rockers for me (Crane/Isky/OEM small block/Max wedge). Even though they can be slow, they're products are still very good.
