i assume they have had a FEA , and I wonder why the inside roller tip legs don't a larger in radius on the inside fillets. Seems like there should a little bit of extra clearance left over for the roller, but it's hard to judge from the pics.
Thery do look nice. What rides on the shaft, any bearings/bushings?
