Both of those company started from the first one because the sane two guys, NHRA SS Hemi racer were in partners on the Beverly Hills company and then split up. Evidently the other owner closed up or didn't pursue advertizing and growing that company.
Maybe someone bought it or maybe another family member is running it now wanting to make it bigger through more sales
I don't know about any of this, no insider information on my part, just pure conjecture
