Certainly more these days, but not bad compared to a quality detail, cut & buff or a paint job. I usually just blow the dust off with a leaf blower and wipe it down with a micro-fiber and detail spray. I've found taking on and off indoor car covers causes more paint damage than they prevent in most cases.
