Using the FAST 2.0 and FAST dual sync distributor with the Edelbrock XT intake.
I had to clearance the stealth head a bit for the distributor clearance.
With the single signal (non-EFI type) distributor, you would have to run the injectors in batch mode where they all fire at the same time. Fine for the TBI type EFI units like the Sniper, but with the port injection you need a sync signal to run sequential injection firing only one injector at a time.
The Dual sync distributors already have the rotor phased for the EFI. The non-efi distributor would need the rotor phased, or the reluctor pin position re-drilled to phase the reluctor and use the stock rotor (after locking out the distributor advance,)
