Damn head restraints (not headrests) were not mandatory until January 01, 1969 but I've seen a lot of '68 and early build '69 GTX's with head restraints. My December 16, 1968 LA built GTX has head restraints.....okay HEAD RESTS for you Kleenex/tissue folks. Damn what a shame on that RR
