One thing I don't completely understand about the TF cam is why it peaks at a lower RPM than the cam I used in my 496. The intake lobe on the TF cam is 243 while I used a slightly smaller 239 lobe in my 496. Could be the LCA I guess. The TF cam is ground on 108 and the cam I use is ground on 112. Or there might be something else going on, perhaps the RB intake is better than the B intake or something like that?
My 496 made more power with a smaller cam, and peaked at a higher RPM than this 470. I'll attach a picture of the 496 dyno sheet.
