28% humidity? I wish! Yesterday when I made my scrap metal run, it was hot enough that my phone kept shutting down despite being kept out of direct sun.
I know, I miss the 1960's and '70's when our prevailing wind was out of the SW and mornings would be relatively cool and dry. By the '80's the prevailing wind changed to the SE and we started getting Houston (well, almost) levels of humidity. Instead of morning lows in the high 60's and low '70's, 80 to 85 degrees with suffocating levels of humidity became common. And the friggin' ice storms...at least it's not Phoenix...
...yet.
