I bought very little as I didn't walk around hardly at all. One gripe I had was a kid on a dirt bike continuously riding it around my swap spot E51 which is on a corner. He would turn the corner and goose the throttle spraying dust and rocks!
I yelled at him a couple of times but he kept doing it! Lots of young people on the handicap scooters, you should have to show a reason you need the scooter, which is the way it used to be. I guess keeping the scooter company owner happy by selling them out is more important, just like I heard about the Mopar Nats golf cart guy years ago...
