I have been to several auctions and buy out of vintage collections from collectors who have passed or no longer capable and need to liquidate. This. In 40 years, when gas is illegal, do you think people will want to make a coffee table out of it? Hoarding parts was probably a good thing to start doing 30 or 40 years ago, but now, just get it out there to someone who will use it. Stashing it is like those guys with cars they won't sell because "I'm going to fix it up someday".
