I know nothing, but if the AS performed as advertised, but was unable to keep the pressure up (AS capacity too small for the engine to run WOT for 5 seconds)...?
How did they determine the size of the discharge hose & fittings going back to the engine? Too small = not really helping? Something broke on the Accusump and oiled the track causing the crash.
