I did a quick search and found a post in an aviation forum of a failure after landing (thankfully).

Looking at the photos posted Accusump Failure and the comments in the thread,

I think it may have been caused by where the mounting clamps are located, and the plumbing after the control valve. Unsupported valve, vibration may have fatigued the threaded connection in the tube.

Not sure of the failure mode in the Super Stock crash.
